Hello. I have always been curious about the purpose of life, and lately have been exploring the possibilities for metamorphosis and striving to realize my potential. I'm also asking myself, “What would I create today, and who would I be if I lived as a person who is free from limitation, if my only reason for being were to be an expression of that highest human potential?”.

My belief is that tremendous momentum lies within each one of us, and that It's up to you and I to act on our intentions to create a positive future. I am realizing that it's going to happen in community with others, and that this life is amazing and sacred. I want to make the most of that gift. I'm enjoying the journey and watching the process unfold.

I'm a bodyworker trained in CranioSacral Therapy, Emotional Release, Heart Centered Therapy, Swedish Massasge, Sports Massage, Reiki, and Prenatal Massage, and am a teacher and practitioner of the Rising Star Healing Modality. My intention is to assist others in remembering the truth of who they are and remind myself in the process.
